DIY TUTORIAL: THE GUIDE
The felt decoration elements separated from the garland.
Since the bottom of the decoration elements is provided with thick Klebepatzern (see Figure 1), they are covered with a thin felt. To the felt on the decorative elements to create and cut with a small, sharp scissors, cut the shape.
Next, apply glue to the felt with decoration elements and thin glue the felt on it.
Sew on the ear hook earring.
The chains in the picture sew drapes on the earring.
Now the chains on the "epaulettes" fix. I made the first chains on the shoulder cap, then put up individual chain links and fixed to the already attached chains.
Spread on the bottom a little glue (hot glue is best), place safety pin brooches or in the middle of it and stick with a piece of felt, or fix.
The felt-trailer with a lock ring attached to the chain. DONE!
DIY TUTORIAL: THE BOTTOM LINE
Here you see the entire set, as you wear it is up to you. The "metal ornaments" on the shoulder straps can be bent easily and so bring on the shoulders in shape. Of course you can as well individually or as brooches on the dresses, tops, coats and jeans (pockets) carry.
